We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for services that have not yet commenced. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already delivered or commenced.
  • Digital materials downloaded or accessed.
  • Refund requests made after the 14-day window.
  • Services cancelled due to client non-compliance or misconduct.

3. Cancellation Process

To request a refund or cancel a service, contact us at info@jointeco.world with your order details. Provide a brief reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2-5 business days to credit the funds.

5. Cancellation of Scheduled Services

If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation or session:

  • Cancellation at least 48 hours in advance: Full refund.
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before: No refund.
  • No-show without prior notice: No refund.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy if exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., technical failure on our part, service unavailability due to our actions). Contact us to discuss.

7. Disputes

If you dispute a refund decision, you may escalate your request. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

8. No Guarantees

We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results or outcomes, as results depend on individual factors outside our control.
